This replicable project is aimed to provide universal accessibility in buildings and housing units lacking elevators, whose inhabitants are mostly elderly people that find it difficult to get in or out of their houses.

The prototype is designed specifically for the Periférico Hueso housing unit and has a central elevator, a system of walkways and an emergency staircase, being able to provide service to 24 houses.

Its construction is quite simple and it is easy to duplicate. This allows for developing different versions with higher or lower quality finishes and transforming the walkway area into an extension of the home itself.
